The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0208 of 2024, under Sections 34,302, 307, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Faridpur, District Bareilly, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
