Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 19 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 323, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Ghughali, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from the circumstances as well as her statement recorded u/s 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. The victim had eloped with the applicant earlier on also, as an FIR No. 200 of 2023 was instituted against the applicant and he was enlarged o
