The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1) BNS, 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Ekauna, District- Deoria, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and three others on the basis of suspicion with regard to murder of son of the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and however, applicant was named in the FIR but it reflects, on the basis of suspicion, he was named in the FIR along with others. 5. He further submitted that except suspicion and confessional statement of the applicant, there is no other evidence against the applicant on
