Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sandeep Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.791 of 2024 (Special Session Trial No.04 of 2025), under Sections 137(2), 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Gajraula, District- Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted against unknown person by the informant regarding enticing away his minor daughter. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
