Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.08 of 2025, under Sections 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Bhawan Bahadur Nagar, District- Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the mother of the informant by barging into his house on 12.1.2025 at about 07:50 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the circumstances as she has not raised any alarm whatsoever. The T.V. was running at a high volume.
