Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown persons with regard to murder of Bua of the informant. He next submits, deceased is the real aunt of the applicant and during investigation applicant has been made accused in the present matter on the ground that he had conversation number of times with the deceased. 4.
