Heard Sri Ram Babu Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.658 of 2024, under Sections 64, 333, 351(3), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Gursahaiganj, District- Kannauj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the night of 1.11.2024 at about 10:30 p.m. and committed rape with her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The prosecution story stands drastically changed in the statement of the victim recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S
