Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.91 of 2024, under Sections 376, 380 I.P.C., Police Station- Bakewar, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 31 years. It is a clear cut case of false implication. Even the application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been moved after a delay of about more than one month. 5.
