The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0244 of 2024, under Sections 302/34 IPC & 3/25, 5(1)A/27(1) Arms Act, Police Station- Sidholi, District- Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with his brother and as per informant, applicant committed the murder of his uncle along with his brother but admittedly, informant was not the eye-witness. He further submitted that even during investigation, no eye-witness could come forward and actually it is a case of no evidence. 4.
