Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 345 of 2024, U/S 376(D), 504, 506 IPC, 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act and 5g/6 POCSO Act, 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Kithore, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
