As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused person is stated to have gang-raped the victim on 12.12.2024 at about 8:00 a.m. by pointing out a country-made pistol at her child. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
