Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 192 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)m, 351(3), 352 B.N.S. and 5(L)/6 POCSO Act and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Araul, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant to a hotel and also roamed about with him at several places. The victim is major, aged more than 17 years. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsit
