This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Santosh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1036 of 2024, under Section 3(1), 3(2), 3(3), 4, 5(1)A, 5 (1)B, 5(1)C, 5(2), 6B, 29, 23, 25 P.C.P.N.D.T. Act and 318 (4), and 61 (2), B.N.S. Police Station Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.12.2024.
