Applicant seeks bail in Special Sessions Trial No. 261 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 946 of 2023, under Sections 376, 452, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Ayana, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
