Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.210 of 2024, under Sections 366, 376-D, 328, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Narkhi, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant aged about 24 years on 16.4.2024 at about 02:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The allegations of gang- rape have been made subsequently.
