Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.08 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64, 62, 76 B.N.S. and 8/18 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bhamora, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 6.1.2025. The victim is stated to have taken away Rs.72,000/- cash and certain ornaments alongwith her from her house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
