Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 507 of 2024, under Sections 87, 65(1), 137(2) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by nine days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It has been instituted against the applicant under suspicion only. The victim is 17 years old as per the FIR and as per her own statement, although by her looks, she seems to be major. She
