This bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S., 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 387 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8 U.P. Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11(1)D Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960, Police Station -Saurikh, District -Kannauj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant was not named in the first information report. His name came into light in the present case during investigation. He next submits that as per allegation of the FIR only general role has been assigned to all the accused persons. No specific role has been attributed to the applicant. H
