Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.498 of 2024, under Sections 64, 74, 352, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Karvi, District Chitrakoot, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have inappropriately touched the victim on 27.07.2024 at about 11:00 p.m. by barging into her house, as such, the FIR regarding outraging the modesty was instituted on 03.08.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 7 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
