Heard Sri Sadhu Sharan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri R.M. Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.234 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 87, 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 5l/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Mardah, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 15 years, on 26.10.2024 at about 11:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
