Heard Sri Ram Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. As informed by the learned A.G.A., notice to the informant has been served on 04.03.2025, but none is present on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 1048 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is the husband of the victim and he is stated to have subjected her to cruelty and has committed rape with her without her consent. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
