Nasir, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 13.02.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.123 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 328, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 17 years, on 02.06.2024 at about 1:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 18-19 years as per ossification tes
