Heard Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.83 of 2024, under Sections 64, 74, 115(2) and 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the informant and had assaulted her alongwith other family members, thereby causing injuries to three persons in all. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
