Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 21 of 2024, under Sections 493, 406, 504, 506, 376D, 323 I.P.C., Police Station Manda, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a married lady and obviously, is major. She is the consenting party, as she had lived with the applicant in Gujarat for about 3-4 months. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against him.
