Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.206 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Khakhareru, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have assaulted the informant and his wife on 16.09.2023 at about 8:00 p.m. and had caused injuries to them and the FIR was instituted by the informant against the applicant regarding the said incident. Subsequent to it, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 16.10.2023 at about 7:00 p.m. and committed rape with his wife. 5.
