Heard Sri Rajesh Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.324 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 127(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Rura, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about nine days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a married lady and is aged about 37 years. Initially, the FIR was instituted at Rajasthan by the victim. The victim is a medical practitioner and she got her medical examination conducted in Rajasthan only. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The victim has consensual relationship with the a
