Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 518 of 2024, under Sections 123, 142, 127(2), 64(1), 61(2), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. As far as elopement of the victim is concerned, it is delayed by more than three months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
