Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.26 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(N), 376(3) I.P.C., Section 5L/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Walterganj, District- Basti, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. as she had married the applicant as per her own statement.
