Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2024, under Sections 366, 354, 376D, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Jugail, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the allegations of gang rape have been made against the applicant and co-accused person Arjun. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. is contradictory. At one hand, she has stated that the applicant and co-accused Arjun had raped her but subsequently, the victim has categorically stated that the applicant had not raped her. I
