Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 61(2) of BNS Police Station Ikdil, District Etawah, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The co-accused person Vikas is stated to have raped the victim on 04.02.2025 at about 7 p.m. in the agricultural field when the victim had gone to ease herself out. The applicant is stated to have helped the co-accused Vikas in the said act. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 7. The FIR is too prompt. 8. There is no medical corroboration of
