Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, it is a case of double murder but on the basis of false allegation during investigation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Ravi Kumar and after considering the entire facts in detail, co-accused Ravi Kumar has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
