Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 718 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S., 3/4(2) POCSO Act and 3(2)(v) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Dibiyapur, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 20.10.2024 at about 5.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
