Bail Application No. 43025 of 2024, Uday Singh @ Dudhnath vs. State of U.P. and another, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-5 to the bail application. The applicant- Uday Singh @ Dudhnath, has filed this second bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 163 of 2024, under Sections 8, 20 and 29 of N.D.P.S.
