Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2024, under Sections 76, 65(1) of BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act Police Station Vindhyanchal, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have rendered the victim half naked on the upper part of the body and had taken certain indecent photographs of her between 23/24.10.2024 and had posted the said photographs on his status on Whatsapp. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
