Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 04 of 2025, U/S 64(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Charthawal, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant and subsequently had raped her 2-3 times on 29.12.2024 at about 11.00 pm by taking her forcibly to his house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
