Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 06.03.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 427 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)(M), 65(1) of BNS and Section 5(L)/6, 3/4(2) of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station Shahi, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5.
