Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2023, under Sections 376, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station - Sahjanawan, District - Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR was instituted regarding the outraging the modesty of the daughter of the informant but the allegations of rape have been escalated in the statement of the victim recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. and that too after due deliberations and legal consultations. 5.
