Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 976 of 2024, under Sections 376, 504, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about 6 months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major and is a consenting party. She has married the applicant. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against him. The
