Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Akhand Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Sri V.K.S Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 287 of 2024, under Sections 64, 351(2), 333 of BNS, Police Station Didarganj, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about 46 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a married lady and the allegations are per se false.
