As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, on 29.07.2014 with the help of co-accused persons when the informant and his wife went to report the matter to the co-accused persons, they assaulted them and caused grievous injuries. 5.
