Heard Sri Pushpendra Vishwakarma, Advocate holding brief of Sri Keshari Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 391 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(2), 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Amroha Dehat, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
