Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.04 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 333 B.N.S., Police Station Nehtaur, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have raped the daughter of the informant on 03.01.2025 at about 1:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The circumstances as narrated by the victim do not stand fortified by any evidence whatsoever.
