Heard Sri Amresh Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.298 of 2024, under Sections 64, 75, 77, 351(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Bhatni, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 6 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the circumstances and the FIR. There is no recovery of any video whatsoever. She is a married lady obviously is major. 5.
