Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.652 of 2024, under Sections 64(1) and 123 B.N.S. and 76 I.T. Act, Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have spiked the tea of the victim had committed rape with her and video recorded the said act. Subsequently, he had blackmailed her by saying that he shall make the said indecent video viral on social media and subsequently make it viral on social media. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
