Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.1354 of 2024, Case Crime No.74 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. read with Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Jamalpur, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 09.01.2024 at about 4:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
