Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Arun Mumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 504 of 2024, under Sections 308(2), 74, 351(2), 64(1) of BNS, Police Station - Gangoh, District - Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken indecent photographs and videos of the victim and demanded Rs.5 lakhs to delete them and after her refusal to give the said amount, the applicant is stated to have made them viral on social media. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offenc
