Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 177 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 304B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Atrauliya, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The marriage of the applicant was solemnized with the sister of the informant as per Hindu rites on 22.01.2024 and the applicant and other family members are stated to have demanded four wheeler from her as dowry and lead her to death on 16.05.2024 at about 5 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
