Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2025, U/S 85, 115(2), 351(2), 64, 352, 333 B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Khakhreru, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant, who is the brother-in-law (devar) of the victim, is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that FIR is delayed by 11 days and there is no explanation of the said delay
