Heard Sri Mohit Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 250 of 2024, U/S 376D IPC and 5g/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that applicant was granted bail by this Court in this case vide order dated 21.1.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1717 of 2025 but th
