Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 305 of 2024, U/S 363, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 13 years on 14.6.2024 at about 1.30 am. Subsequently, a frantic search was taken up and the victim was retrieved near a canal after about one hour. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5.
